We are providing this information to show how we gather, use and protect our clients’ prospect data. We will ensure that our company’s processing of each client’s target account list data is fair and reasonable and that every client’s prospect data is secure.
Security
We have developed and implemented several security procedures to protect the company information submitted to us from misuse or unauthorized disclosure. All information provided to ELLZ, by our clients is stored in a secure database behind an electronic firewall and is password-protected.
ELLZ cannot completely ensure the privacy of e-mail communication to and from our company representatives. These communications, like most Internet e-mail, could be intercepted without our knowledge and permission while in transit to or from our site. This includes e-mail sent to us through various mailboxes. If clients are concerned about email privacy, we suggest that e-mail not be used to communicate information to us that could be considered sensitive.
Transfer of Data to Third Parties
ELLZ does not sell or rent clients’ prospect list data. ELLZ does not share information about appointment activity with other clients, nor do we use any client’s prospect list to gain entry into accounts for competing clients, unless we are first provided written authorization to release the information to a third party.
Once a client’s target prospect list has been provided to ELLZ, all information pertaining to this list is kept confidential and is only accessible by the active ELLZ representatives who are working on that client’s behalf. Contact data generated by ELLZ representatives from a prospect list provided to us by our clients will only be shared with the client that originated the list. Although this contact information will not be shared with other clients, it may be used by ELLZ to gain entry into accounts for additional clients.

We encourage you to visit our site occasionally to learn about any changes in our Privacy Policy. Although we reserve the right to modify or supplement this privacy policy, we will provide notice to you on this Web site of any major changes.
